because it takes more than a once a fortnight therapy session to ignite a happy mind

Rundown of our weekly offerings is laid out below.

CORE SESSION

1 1/2 hr afternoon or evening session

This is our core essential weekly session using evidence based psychological therapies we focus on better understanding of the interplay between thoughts emotions and behaviours. We learn practical skills to help manage your emotions as we bring these into action in our class. You will take a deep dive into real ways to improve your self esteem and your world view. Our work centres around disentangling the events of your life from the essence of who you really are. (Please note that our classes never require any sharing unless you feel comfortable doing so).

REINFORCEMENT SESSION

1 1/2 hr afternoon or evening session

Your second weekly session reinforces the learnings of the core session with practical worksheets and group conversations. The majority of this session incorporates a range of supportive activities  including Expressive Therapy to explore feelings and thought processes through creative means such as art and music and working on creating a deeply inspiring vision of your future with support from our life coaches and other experts.

SOCIAL SESSIONS

Weekly outing - Weekends/Friday night

Focused on fun & building real supportive friendships activities include nature walks, picnics, kayaking, rollerblading, dances, movie nights, camping and a range of other fun options.

Daily access to our hangout space

We have a dedicated hangout space with a pool table, soccer table, sofas, podcast room, musical instruments and art space for daily use. 

CHAITIBLE GOAL

Yearly group charitable goal

There is nothing more rewarding than contributing towards creating a better world and helping others. For people who have lost a loved one in sudden or tragic circumstances or have dealt with trauma it can be particularly difficult to find a life purpose. Finding a purpose greater than ourselves can be a powerful way to re-engage with life.
